11 February 2011 Western Star, a Queensland, Australia based chassis distributor is has taken delivery of 41 Dennis Eagle refuse truck chassis.
The order comprises a mix of 4 x 2 and 6 x 4 variants. Once delivered, the chassis are to be fitted with bodies, Cummins ISLe engines and Allison gearboxes.
The finished vehicles are due to hit the Australian roads in spring.

Further to its export success, the company has also delivered seven refuse collection trucks - featuring Elite 2 6 x 4 chassis with Olympus bodies and Otto bin lifts - to West Oxfordshire council in the UK.
