Otto restructures its UK business

Environmental Solutions Europe BV (ESE), a leading European supplier of containers and waste handling equipment, has re-organised its UK business by incorporating HN Logistic Systems into its sister company Otto UK Ltd. The bin lift business of HN Logistics will now be managed alongside the container business within Otto UK.
With effect from 01 April its specialist vehicles' including the front-loader and side-loader products will be handled by the company's distributor Dennis Eagle, though production and product development will remain firmly within the ESE Group. The company will also withdraw completely from the UK market for rear loading refuse collection vehicles.
These changes will apply only to the United Kingdom; all other European activities of ESE and its subsidiaries remain unaffected.
Otto UK Ltd intends to remain fully engaged with the UK bin lift market and will be introducing three new products with exciting new features during the next few months.
